Aseidas Blauvelt is the Global Chief Technology Officer at Camara Education which is an international educational organisation dedicated to delivering real impact through technology by inspiring and empowering a young generation to improve their own life opportunities. He cumulates 17+ years of experience creating and implementing technology solutions to solve a wide variety of challenges. In his current role, he has worked on the implementation of several high profile projects impacting the literacy and numeracy skills of thousands of children and youth across sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean. He has worked extensively in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia leading technical teams performing installations and training in challenging environments both rural and urban.
