My journeys personal and professional have taken me to this conclusion: The seeds of things to come lie within us. At a time when we need to find creative, innovative solutions to global and local
problems under the constraints of limited resources, we cannot afford to not harness the full potential of every human being, every organisation, in terms of power, energy, intelligence. The question is
this, do we wish to just be born in the world and carry on playing existing and limiting roles pre-ordained by a static notion of culture? Or do we wish, rather, to create our place in the world? My philosophy as Communication Strategist focuses on bringing out the stories that allow my clients to create a new place for themselves. As per my training and international professional experience, I have a deep understanding of the subtleties of culture, recognising the spaces between the lines that allow us to hack creatively so new possibilities are born, placing individuals and organisations ahead of
the game. I bring my scholarly expertise and affiliation with the University of Nottingham to the different aspects of my work as communication strategist:
Trainer, Mentor, Writer, Researcher, Story-Teller, Public Speaker, Workshop Facilitator.
My training in linguistics and literature as well as my experience as published writer have equipped me with tools to articulate stories powerfully, bringing out the dream elements of an organisation to pitch the story in a way that makes employees want to co-create this vision with the owners and directors, and makes its clients empathise with the journey.
I am particularly interested in working with individuals and organisations who/which position themselves as visionaries, game-changers, cultural catalysts and are committed to creating value that is as
intrinsic as it is extrinsic.
